The process requires a flexible loading and unloading outside of cycle times. The goods are loaded in metal boxes. With pneumatic stoppers the boxes are temporarily fixed in a position in front of the oven. The boxes are only released for pairwise tempering. Even a time delayed supply of the boxes can be handled seamlessly.
